Shipping & Return Policies
SHIPPING
By placing an order with HelloMiaa, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
STANDARD SHIPPING
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days for on hand items. 20-25 business days for pre-order items.
• Estimated Delivery: 2–6 business days after processing.
• Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, HelloMiaa is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your tracking shows “delivered”, the package is considered successfully delivered. Any issues regarding delivery must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier by opening a claim or investigation using your tracking number.
HelloMiaa does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered or lost packages.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item has a manufacturer defect.
If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect. Once approved, we will provide a replacement,store credit, or refund.
Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria listed above.
